Amazon Creative Hub required a hospitality service that could support different stages of its corporate event.

The brief centred on two distinct service periods: coffee and tea for the daytime programme, followed by a selection of drinks for an afternoon networking session.

UNIT was tasked with bringing both services together within one coordinated operation, ensuring a consistent experience throughout the event.

The first service focused on freshly prepared speciality coffee and a selection of teas, providing refreshments for guests during the daytime programme.

As the event moved into its afternoon networking session, the drinks offering transitioned to beer, prosecco and soft drinks, creating a more relaxed social environment.

Two different menus, each designed around the purpose and atmosphere of the event.

UNIT managed the equipment, drinks preparation and service requirements across both hospitality sessions.

The setup was planned around the indoor event environment, with consideration given to presentation, guest flow and the transition between services.

By managing both stages of hospitality, UNIT provided a consistent approach from the opening coffee service through to the afternoon networking drinks.

With two defined service windows, preparation and timing were central to the operation.

Coffee and tea were served from 13:00 to 13:45, followed by networking drinks from 15:00 to 17:00.

UNIT coordinated the changeover between the two services, adapting the drinks offering to suit each stage of the event.
