We use ceremonial grade matcha - the highest grade available. It produces a smooth, earthy flavour without the bitterness associated with culinary grade matcha. The visual colour is also more vibrant, which matters at brand events where the drinks are being photographed.

Is matcha bar hire available separately from coffee?

Yes. Matcha is available as part of our standalone hydration bar hire - alongside cold pressed juices, health shots and electrolyte drinks. You don't need to book the coffee service to access matcha.
