Experiential agencies operate on tight production timelines, strict access windows and brand guidelines that cannot be compromised. A bar supplier who has not worked in this environment is a risk. They arrive late, they need managing on the day, they ask questions that should have been answered in the brief.

UNIT is built around the experiential agency workflow. We confirm access requirements in advance, load in within the agreed window, set up without disrupting the wider build and operate as one element of a coordinated production. The account manager on the day does not need to check on us.

A complete brief covers: event date and duration, venue name and address, load-in window and access point, expected guest numbers and footfall pattern, power supply availability, branding requirements and lead time, service type and any venue-specific restrictions.

The earlier the brief is shared the better. Lead time matters for branded elements - custom cups require 2-3 weeks minimum, bar wraps require similar. A brief shared the week before the event limits the branding options available.

UNIT arrives with everything needed for the full event duration - machine, grinder, coffee, milk, cups, consumables, power cable and all ancillaries. We do not rely on the venue for anything except the power point. Load-in takes under 30 minutes for a standard single-bar setup.

On-site, we operate quietly and consistently. The barista manages the queue, maintains the bar standard and communicates any operational issues to the production team directly. At wrap, we clear down completely within the agreed window.
